1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ProjectX, participating in our early waitlist, or submitting community feature requests, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform or registering for pre-release software access.

2. Alpha & Beta Software Disclaimer

Pre-release builds distributed via TestFlight, Google Play Beta, or direct APK links are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for experimental testing:

• Alpha builds may contain bugs, experimental user interfaces, or incomplete features.
• You are solely responsible for verifying container actions (e.g., stopping production containers or triggering server rollbacks) initiated from early client builds.
• We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or zero data loss on self-hosted instances.

3. Community & Moderation

Our public roadmap and feature voting platform rely on respectful community collaboration:

• Feature request submissions must contain constructive descriptions relevant to mobile infrastructure management.
• Spam, automated bot traffic, abusive language, or malicious payloads are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to review, reject, or archive feature requests that violate community standards.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, custom software designs, logos, and native application source code associated with ProjectX are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use ProjectX trademarks without prior written authorization.

5. Termination & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProjectX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our native mobile client or transparency hub. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
